No two weddings are alike and so we don’t believe in fitting your event into a package, but here is a taste of what most clients select in event planning and design services!

  • Full Service Planning + Design

    This is our forte! We dive in to planning with you from day one, covering everything from budget to color palettes and are there each step of the way until the floors are mopped at the end of the night. Let’s be honest, we’re not doing any mopping, but we do oversee every detail to ensure the process is just as fabulous as the party itself. We not only manage and coordinate every aspect of your wedding, but we also create a one-of-a-kind design specific to your style aesthetic to truly reflect you as a couple. This is a detailed collaboration with you and your beloved from the very beginning. We ask a lot of questions to understand what is most important to you and make that top priority!

    This service can begin as early as venue shopping and includes bespoke vendor recommendations, continuous budget management, and stunning event styling. We begin with some bubbly and finish with flawless event execution. What more could a bride ask for?!

  • Creative Consulting

    This is event styling at its finest! We will begin working with you from the beginning to evolve your celebration to its fullest potential. You can rely on our passion for all things fabulous and delight in every little detail your heart can handle. This is for the client who has vendor selection handled, but wants the discerning eye and sophisticated style of a seasoned professional. We can work together to hone in on your creative vision and develop a detailed design concept for your big day. We then bring that fanciful dream to life by attending your creative meetings and collaborating with you on every creative aspect of your wedding.

    One month from the big day, we will begin serving as your full-service wedding coordinator, taking over all vendor management and communication and seeing your wedding day all the way through to happily ever after.

  • Event Management

    This is our response to Month-Of Planning, but isn’t month-of at all! We are available to you from the day one to consult on any and all logistics related to the big day. We immediately open our little black book of all our favorite vendors, share a planning schedule with you so you know who to hire when, and provide you with numerous other helpful planning documents. You then go about building your team of vendors and designing your day but have our expertise available to you for when questions arise. Have a question about your transportation schedule? Not sure how to make your amazing design plan work with the limited amount of time you have for event set-up? Ask us–that is exactly what we are here for! Then, at the six week mark we dive in as your event coordinators and work with you to create a custom wedding day timeline, attend your final walk-thru, and take over all final vendor communications. On wedding day we run the show behind the scenes while you shine in the spotlight and relish in true peace of mind knowing that you are in the best of hands!

Our clientele most often have a wedding budget of $90,000+ for 150 guests. Of course, this is not to be considered a minimum, but rather gives you an idea of the types of celebrations where our fees fit most comfortably. No matter the details of the event, we always strive to offer service, attention, and design that are unmatched. All planning and design proposals are custom creations.
